SANY's 4,000-square-meter booth at CONEXPO 2026 featured 25 cutting-edge machines, including 10 new electric models specifically engineered for large-scale construction operations in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Key highlights included:
SANY SY215E Electric Excavator: A 21.5-tonne capacity model powered by a 350kWh LFP battery pack, delivering up to 8 hours of continuous operation and a 1.5-hour fast-charging capability. Designed for urban construction and infrastructure projects, it features a regenerative braking system that recovers up to 20% of kinetic energy, reducing energy consumption and operational costs. Equipped with intelligent load-sensing hydraulics, it offers a 15% increase in energy efficiency compared to diesel equivalents.
SANY SW950E Electric Wheel Loader: A compact 9.5-tonne loader with a 280kWh solid-state battery, offering a 25% increase in energy efficiency compared to diesel models. Designed for material handling in ports and logistics hubs, it features autonomous loading capabilities and a zero-tailpipe emission design, enhancing safety and productivity in enclosed environments.
SANY iSite Edge: An advanced telematics platform that integrates real-time battery health monitoring, energy consumption analytics, and predictive maintenance for electric construction fleets. The platform enables operators to optimize charging schedules, monitor fleet performance, and reduce downtime, supporting seamless integration into smart construction ecosystems.
